Govt Ends Quarantine in Bali and Enact 1 Day Quarantine for Others

The government waived the mandatory requirement for fully vaccinated international travellers in Bali starting Monday (7/3), and seeks to loosen requirements in other provinces by April 1. Under this rule, international travelers must book 4-night stay at a local hotel and must take 3 PCR tests (before departure, upon arrival, and on their third day in Bali).

On the other note, Coordinating Minister of Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto confirmed that the Indonesian Government had reduced the quarantine period required for international travellers and Umrah pilgrims with second or third dose of vaccine to only a day. The Indonesian Government’s COVID-19 Handling Task Force also has removed the requirement for a negative PCR and antigen test result for domestic travellers that have received the complete COVID-19 vaccine dosage.
