G20 Internet Network Created Three Layers to Anticipate Hacker Attacks

The internet network for the peak event of the 2022 G20 Indonesia Presidency in Bali is made in layers to anticipate cyber attacks with various methods. It is known that the G20 summit was held at five main venues, namely Apurva Kempinski, Bali International Convention Center (BICC), Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC), Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK), and Ngurah Rai People’s Forest Park.
The network layer consists of three backbones or high-speed networks, namely the national, regional and G20 Summit venues. What are the possible attack potentials it could be a flood of unwanted traffic or a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack that paralyzes the system. Telkom, together with the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment, BUMN, and the Ministry of Information and Communication also conducted a network disturbance test. The trick is to disconnect and reconnect the three backbone internet networks. As a result, the internet network continues to function even if it is disconnected; both YouTube views and video conferences stay on.
