G20 agenda: Inclusive and collaborative

Currently, Indonesia’s G20 presidency focuses on three main areas: global health architecture, a sustainable energy transition and digital transformation. The first agenda highlight the importance to strengthen post Covid global architecture. Although scientist has successfully progressed in vaccine and medical devices, we still need global cooperation for inclusive vaccine development and mobilization of global health financing.

Utilization of renewable energy source and system digitalization to create intelligent energy systems is the key to a smooth energy transition. It would be efficient and effective if the government could provide proper policy and financial incentives. Digital technologies already played a vital role in society, SME become resilient in using online tool and platform to connect with their market and customers. Policies to support digital transformation and enhancement of relevant skills should be continued.
