PT Jantra Swarna Dipta, a joint venture of Hong Kong based Swire Properties and Indonesia’s Jakarta Setiabudi International Group has appointed Archetype Indonesia to provide Construction Management services, along with Integrated Building Information Modeling (BIM) services for the upcoming Savyavasa Residence project located in the upscale neighborhood of Dharmawangsa, South Jakarta, Indonesia.
Savyavasa’s unique features include double-height living and dining areas in the larger units, extensive facilities integrated with landscaping, and a 1km long walking trail incorporating natural parklands and an urban forest. In keeping with the developers’ commitment to sustainability, Savyavasa will be the first Apartment project in Jakarta to be built to Greenmark Gold standard. Archetype Indonesia will ensure world-class Construction Management is in place including innovative architecture.
