In Collaboration with Kaluga Caviar, a producer of caviar sustainably raised in the pure freshwaters of the Qing Chong mountains in the Himalayas, Mozaic restaurant in Ubud is happy to present an exclusive caviar dinner on Friday May 17th 2021. To highlight this amazingly delectable caviar, Chef Salans and his team will prepare a 6-course tasting menu. An optional pairing of wines will also be available for this exclusive event limited to 30 guests.
