Emma, who has the tagline ‘True Friends’ or ‘Easy and Convenient Technology for Health is also Protected,’ provides convenience in managing health policies and services to more than 1 million AXA entity customers in Indonesia.
One of the main features presented by Emma is the ease of managing policies, where customers can get information related to their insurance policy ownership including premium information, policy status and customer personal data. In addition, customers can also access documents, perform financial and non-financial transactions independently, such as making premium payments, updating policy data, viewing claim submission history, and contacting customer service officers via the live chat feature.
